Pearl Promise Transportation Policy
About Our Program
Our program for single parents offers monthly Car Care Clinics and assistance with vehicle repairs to ensure reliable transportation. In addition, we provide car donations to those in need. By offering these essential services, we aim to empower single parents with the resources they need to gain and maintain independence and support their families.
Program Purpose & Goals
The purpose of our Transportation Program is to empower single-parent families by ensuring access to safe, reliable transportation. Reliable transportation is essential for securing and maintaining employment, accessing education, and attending medical and community appointments—critical components of building a stable and self-sufficient household.

Our Goals Are To:
-
Promote vehicle safety through monthly Car Care Clinics that provide inspections, basic maintenance, and education.
-
Enable dependable transportation by assisting with essential car repairs and providing vehicle donations to qualified families.
-
Foster independence and self-sufficiency by removing transportation barriers that often prevent single parents from supporting their families effectively.
-
Build community connections by partnering with local mechanics, volunteers, and donors who make this program possible.
We are deeply grateful for the local automotive shops and dedicated volunteers who offer their time, skills, and shop space at no cost to host our monthly Car Care Clinics. Their generosity and commitment are vital to the success of this program. We honor and respect their contributions as a reflection of the collaborative spirit that drives our mission and creates lasting impact in our community.
