The application process is thoughtful and intentional. Through this program, PEARL Promise partners with highly motivated individuals who are committed to building a stronger future through personal growth, mentorship, and guided learning opportunities. Participants and staff connect regularly, with goals and progress re-evaluated every six months to ensure the program continues to be a positive fit and that families are receiving the support they need most.
