You must be a single parent with at least 50% legal custody of one or more children under 18 years of age
You must reside in Boulder County, preferably within the St. Vrain Valley School District.
You must currently be receiving some form of government or public assistance.
You must be motivated to become self-sufficient.

It will take approximately 30 minutes to complete this application.
Please provide as much detail as possible to help us understand your situation. Documentation (such as copies of bills with account information) may be required.
Please note that submitting an application is the first step in the process and does not guarantee approval or fulfillment of the request. All applications are reviewed based on established criteria, availability, and eligibility. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we evaluate each request carefully.
